Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via reliable couriers like DHL, FedEx, Bombino, UPS, etc. with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Linkmeall.com guarantees satisfaction on products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from this website, you may return your item for any reason within 7 days. This guaranty is only for products purchased from this web site. Returned items must:

  • Be in as new, as delivered condition
  • Include all accessories
  • Have original packaging
  • Have the serial number or UPC (barcode)

RETURNING A PRODUCT

Follow these steps to return a product purchased from Linkmeall.com:

  1. Call Consumer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and the return address. To obtain an RMA number, contact Customer Service at sales@linkmeall.com.
  2. Send the product with your original packing slip and proof of purchase and RMA Number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other Linkmeall.com product you want to order) or a refund.
    • If you do not have the original product box or packaging, mention this to the Consumer Support representative.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
  4. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service.
  5. Remember to request your tracking number.

PRODUCT RECEIVED

Once the return is received and verified, we will send a confirmation email and credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card or other form of payment used in the original transaction. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable.  You are responsible for paying  the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Linkmeall.com
